Yes, direct bookings skip the Airbnb ~14% service fee, which adds up significantly on longer stays. It requires a signed rental agreement and a deposit. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll walk you through it.
Airbnb adds a guest service fee (~14%) and local taxes on top of the base nightly rate. In Florida (Osceola County), that's a 6% Tourist Development Tax on the nightly rate plus 7.5% sales tax on all charges. Use our estimator above for a full breakdown before you inquire.
Pool heating is not included in the base rate. It's available as an add-on, approximately $33–$75/night depending on the property and pool size. For extended stays the electricity cost is significant and is covered separately. Toggle it on in our estimator above to see the impact.
Yes, there's a kosher grocery, a fleishig food truck, and a dairy counter all within walking distance off Westside Blvd in the Eden Gardens area. Target, Walmart, and Publix are a short drive. A year-round minyan is also walkable from the ChampionsGate corridor.
Yes. 9312 and 9332 are four doors apart and large groups often book both together, sleeping up to 36. We coordinate both homes so they function as one. For even larger groups or different configurations, just tell us what you need.
We coordinate kitchen kashering, kosher rental items, extra refrigerators and freezers, tables and chairs for Yom Tov seating, pack-n-plays, catering referrals, airport transfers, grocery provisioning, and theme park planning. Note your needs in the inquiry form and we'll include pricing.
We have access to homes across ChampionsGate, Solterra, Encore at Reunion, Windsor Island, Windsor at Westside, Solara, and other communities. Fill out the inquiry form with your dates, group size, and budget, we'll come back with options.
Most resort communities require the primary renter to be 25 or older. If you're between 21–24, mention it in your inquiry and we'll advise on available options.
For reservations made via Airbnb, the cancellation policy is displayed on the listing page before you confirm. For direct bookings, our team provides the applicable terms at time of reservation.
