Where We Place Groups
These are the resort communities we place groups in, each with its own clubhouse, pools, and amenities. Tell us your group size and dates, and we'll match you to the right home.
Home to our two flagship villas. Two water-park clubhouses, the 16,000 sq ft Oasis Club (lazy river, water slides, 26-seat theater, fitness center, Grille Room) and the newer Retreat Club, plus a championship golf club. Homes range from 2–3 bedroom condos and 4–5 bedroom townhomes up to 10-bedroom villas.
The high-end one, a 2,300-acre luxury resort with three championship golf courses (Palmer, Watson & Nicklaus), a 5-acre water park, a full spa, and several restaurants. Known for its grand estate mansions, with homes up to 15 bedrooms, for the largest, most upscale groups.
Next to Reunion and built for big groups, an on-site water park with multiple slides and a splash zone, a clubhouse, and complimentary shuttles to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Homes run 4–13 bedrooms.
A newer gated Davenport community (sister to Windsor Hills) with a zero-entry resort pool, twin water slides, a lazy river, and a splash pad. Homes run 4–10 bedrooms with private pools, game rooms, and themed bedrooms.
A gated Davenport resort off Ronald Reagan Parkway with a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse, 24-hr fitness, a zero-entry pool with water slide and lazy river, hot tub, tennis, and a sports field. Homes run 4–14 bedrooms.
A Mattamy-built Davenport resort off Westside Blvd. Its headline is a FlowRider® surf simulator, plus a lagoon-style grand pool, bar & grill, fitness center, and sand-volleyball, basketball, and soccer courts. Homes run 4–9 bedrooms.
A fully-kosher gated villa community for frum travelers, strictly kosher kitchens, daily and Shabbos minyanim, an eruv, on-site meat and dairy food trucks, and a kosher grocery on-site. New-construction homes sleep large families, ideal for Yom Tov and Pesach groups.
