Yes. A kosher grocery, a fleishig food truck, and a dairy counter are all within walking distance off Westside Blvd, plus a year-round minyan walkable from the ChampionsGate corridor. We prioritize minyan access for every Yom Tov booking.
Yes. 9312 and 9332 are four doors apart and large groups often book both together, sleeping up to 36. We coordinate both homes so they function as one.

Self check-in with a smart lock. We send your door code and arrival directions before you get there, and a real contact is on call throughout your stay for anything that comes up.
Pool heating is not in the base rate. It's an add-on, roughly $33 to $75 a night depending on the home and pool size. Just ask for it in your inquiry and we'll include it in your quote.
Most resort communities require the primary renter to be 25 or older. If you're between 21 and 24, mention it in your inquiry and we'll advise on the options.
